Aakash Postal Academy — WordPress LMS Website Development

Aakash Postal Academy is a postal examination training platform. The project required a WordPress website that could present training content and provide students with a structured way to access their learning resources.

The Challenge

The project needed more than a standard brochure website. Students needed a clear route from the public website to course content and their personal learning area. The site also needed to support the project’s access and payment workflow.

Project Goals

  • Create a clear WordPress website for the training academy.
  • Present postal examination training content in an organized way.
  • Set up Tutor LMS for course and learning-content management.
  • Provide a student dashboard and protected course-access flow.
  • Create a simple experience for students moving between the website and their learning content.
  • Make the site responsive across desktop and mobile devices.

My Role

I worked on the WordPress development and website configuration, including page structure, Elementor layouts, LMS setup and the required student-access workflow.

Technology Stack

  • WordPress
  • Elementor / Hello Elementor
  • Tutor LMS
  • HTML / CSS
  • JavaScript where required
  • WordPress administration and plugin configuration

What I Worked On

1. WordPress Website Structure

I organized the website around the academy’s training content and created clear routes for visitors and students.

2. Tutor LMS Setup

Tutor LMS was used to structure the learning area and course content, providing a dedicated LMS layer within WordPress.

3. Student Dashboard

A dedicated dashboard experience was configured so students could access their learning area after logging in.

4. Course Access

The site was structured around protected course access so students could move from the public website into their enrolled learning content.

5. Login / OTP Flow

The project included a phone/OTP-based login requirement. Before publishing, confirm the exact plugin and implementation used on the live site.

6. Payment Workflow

The project included a manual/UPI payment workflow. Document the exact live process rather than claiming a payment-gateway integration that was not implemented.

7. Responsive Layout

Pages and learning-related interfaces were checked for usability across different screen sizes, with attention to mobile layouts.

The Result

The completed website provides Aakash Postal Academy with a WordPress-based learning platform that combines the academy website, Tutor LMS course content and a dedicated student-access experience.

No invented performance, student-count, conversion or revenue numbers are included here. Add only verified before/after measurements if you have them.
